Use the contact form and choose the appeal topic. You can do this even if you are banned.

Explain
Give your username, the punishment, and why you think it should be reviewed.

Wait
A Moderator reviews it. Repeated or rude appeals are ignored.

Decision
Our Legal Department makes the final decision. They can revoke your punishment / ban. If your ban / punishment has been revoked, HR will contact the moderation team to disable the punishment that has been made earlier.
