## General

    Most groups have everyone work on everything and split revenue evenly. Novam uses [project-based teams](/studio/projects-and-revenue): you join specific projects and revenue follows contribution.

    No. You are asked whether you want to join, and leadership helps match people to projects.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I leave a project?">
    You stop receiving revenue from that project going forward. You can join future projects.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How is revenue split?">
    Only people who worked on a project share its revenue, based on contribution, not automatically equal.
