# How Novam works

Novam Studios is an independent Roblox game development studio built by people who love making games. Our goal is to become a name people recognize in the Roblox dev scene, known for polished games, professional structure and a team culture people want to be part of.

## How we communicate

Discord is our central hub. Each department has its own channels so conversations stay relevant. Players and community members send questions, bugs and rule violations to Support and Moderation through our [contact form](https://forms.novamstudios.com/r/contact).
