# Code of conduct

> How we expect staff to behave.

* **Respect**: constructive feedback yes, disrespect no. No harassment or discrimination.
* **Professionalism**: communicate clearly and deliver on your responsibilities.
* **Confidentiality**: do not share private studio information, internal discussions or player data.
* **Fairness**: apply rules consistently. Do not abuse permissions.
* **Representation**: you represent Novam in public. Act accordingly.

Breaches can lead to a warning, demotion or removal. Concerns about a staff member go to HR: see [HR and reporting](/staff/communication-escalation).
