# Privacy Policy

> How Novam Studios handles personal data (GDPR).

2. **Data we collect**: what you enter in the contact form (for example name, email, message, IDs).
3. **Legal basis**: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to answer your request.
4. **Retention**: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
5. **Sharing**: we do not sell or share your data, except processors needed to run forms and email.
6. **Third-party platforms**: Roblox, Discord and others apply their own policies.
7. **Your rights**: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. See [data requests](/legal/data-requests).
8. **Security**: HTTPS and access limits. The main site is hosted via Canva.
9. **Complaints**: you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
