# Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

> The NDA for Game Testers and Staff Members.

Everyone who gets access to unreleased Novam content signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement first. This applies to **Game Testers** and **Staff Members**.

## In short

* Everything that is not public yet is confidential: builds, assets, plans, private Discord content, staff and player data.
* No sharing, streaming, recording, screenshots or leaks.
* It lasts as long as you are involved and for 2 years after. Source code, trade secrets and personal data stay secret for good.
* Breaking it can mean removal, a ban and legal action.
* Under 18? A parent or guardian signs too.
* Dutch law applies.
